Well, I ordered this by mistake. I wanted an elbow brace and thats what I swore I ordered. Guess not unless they did a product switch on me. I did keep it because its pretty good quality and with 3 of us in the house with carpal tunnel it seemed like a good idea to keep around. Size fits all of us adults. it was a little tricky at first to figure out how to tighten it, but we got it. My daughter has worn it for a day and she liked it. Its a little better with this type of tightening system get it on and tight one handed. Sometimes the ones with the velcro wraps are a challenge. Read more

I suffer from arthritis and carpal tunnel and have had many wrist braces over the years. I’d classify this one as a heavy lifter (pun intended) among them. It’s longer than a lot of braces, reaching about halfway up my forearm (about 8 1/2 inches from mid-palm to end). Standard curved metal brace, but exceptionally well padded. There are padded strips on the top on either side side of the opening, and my favorite bit is the firm padding right in the palm (where I usually end up sticking a tissue with my other braces). Interestingly, the “gadget-factor” that drew my interest in this brace is okay, but not spectacular. The knob/wire tightening system is easy to use and functional but really no more so than Velcro straps. And while it is lovely not to worry about catching Velcro on clothing and other fabrics, there is a hard plastic knob that could be an issue in your sleep. The real tell will be to see if these wires hold their tensile strength longer than Velcro takes to wear down. Ultimately, I really like this brace and can see myself using it regularly when I have flare ups. Read more
