I got this to wear after I got my cast taken off. I broke my wrist about a month and a half prior. I put this on almost immediately and it provides great support and is very snug. I can put it on and take it off with one hand and shoving my hand in the brace to put it on doesnt hurt in the slightest like some other subpar braces. I've never had a brace with thumb support before...what a difference it makes! I've been through so many braces for both hands from the ones I got from the doctor's office to the ones I got from the medical supply pharmacies and I've spent a lot of money on each one. This one is by far the least expensive but the best quality. It sooths the arthritis in my wrists hands and fingers. I also have carpel tunnel and this has been an amazing tool in dealing with that. I'm a plus size person and I had trouble finding a wrist brace. This brace is adjustable. Provides support and works very well. It's worth the money that you're going to spend on it many times over. After using it the first week, it really helped reduce the pain and by the second week of using it my wrist was almost back to normal.
