BEST knee brace I have ever owned!!! I'm beginning to have knee trouble off and on, and looked for a brace to see if it would help. This one came up in my feed, and I decided to give it a try. I am amazed at how much pain this brace alleviates! It's the best I have ever tried--it's very supportive, and keeps things in place. I would highly recommend this brace for anyone experiencing any type of knee pain! OK, after a week and a half of wearing this brace, much to my disappointment, my knee broke out in blisters and resembled a staph infection, so I had to quit wearing it. The best knee support I have found! I have purchased 5 different ones before this one and it truly is the BEST. VERY, very comfortable. Really well made. I took pictures of the inside so you can see. The side support is flexible and well sewn into the sleeve so it won't cause irritation to your leg. The "donut" for your kneecap is also very professionally sewn in. I'm 5'10" 195lbs, 63 years old and this is an XL. Fits snuggly but there is good give so it isn't uncomfortable even after wearing it for 8+ hours. I tried one that had metal hinges for side support but the sleeve wasn't snug or supportive at all. It has the velcro wraps and it caused big gaps. I also got sleeves with no patella or side supports and they just didn't do much. I'm a trucker and climb in and out of my tractor and trailer often, crawl underneath to check my equipment and of course sit for long periods of time as well driving. I have arthritis in my joint and under the patella grinding on the bone. I'm planning on buying a second one for backup after using this one for a bit. Nice support for a knee weakened post stroke. Keeps it straightened while using a walker. Fairly easy to pull on over the knee although it is longer than other sleeves we've tried. Takes a little work to get the patella gel pad in place. On e there, it stays well. Read more

I purchased the higher end model. This is a very good sleeve. I have now used this for just over 2 weeks almost daily. The fabric quality is top notch. I deliver furniture and need something that doesn't slide or rides down on me, this does a good job but will ride down your thigh as it has very little inner rubber lining to help keep it in place. The stability is 3 stars. I don't really feel much stability from the two side stabilizers. As for the support, it is tight enough to around y leg to help support my knee, and not it isn't tight where you feel your circulation being cut off. The gel ring helps with padding when you kneel down but it is beginning to wear out and fast. This is very comfortable and there are times you can forget that you have it on, if/when it rides down/ slides on you. As a higher end model I would have thought it would have more of the inner rubber lining at the top edges, than what little was provided. Still, I think this is a good item I voted 3 stars but it is more like 3.5 stars. Read more

I ordered this product in a size medium, I followed the measurement guide provided and it was close between a medium and large so I went with the medium because I wanted a snug fit. From trying other knee braces in the past, I often ran into issues with them sliding down, thus my decision. The product came with good packaging but was very tight and hard to get on and off. I reached out to the customer support provided with the product. Literally, within 20 minutes, I received a reply and this was at like 9:30 pm my time offering assistance with returning the product. They gave no hassle and offered to send me a new one in a size large. Better yet, I didn't have to exchange the other one first before receiving the new one. In fact, I didn't even have to return the size medium which I was fine with doing. I don't know what kind of shipping they use, but the replacement size large came in freaky fast 2 days. The new one fit like a charm and I have been using it since I received it. Today, I did legs at the gym and I rarely had to pull it up or adjust it during the workout which I often have had to do with other braces. I am very satisficed with the product and time will tell of it's durability which can be said of any product. I suffer from knee pain now and then which no doctor can seem to figure out except relating it to aging or mild osteoarthritis although it definitely doesn't feel mild when it acts up! Long story short, I definitely recommend not only this product as it's well made, but the company in general for it's awesome customer support in a day and age where that seems to be fading with many companies!
