Am never a good candidate to talk about fit or wrinkling much, because as a 5'3" plus size 24 who is brutal on clothes, I care more about sturdiness and comfort. And I tend to size everything up, especially knowing that linen can shrink by default. I love linen - in any case, reading about linen blends and "semi natural vicose" (e.g. vicose is considered a semi artificial fabric, added to linen to improve fabric drape) - there's a good possibility of shrinkage if linen or linen/vicose isn't washed/dried correctly. So, I bought these linen/vicose blend pants in 5X for pulling on over a swimsuit at the beach, basically (up 2 sizes). Ended up with nice flowy pants that hit me a bit above the ankle. Nice material, deep front pockets, very well stitched, probably true to size but since I sized up, hard to to tell. Soft, stretchy waistband that I didn't need to tie, but good. Sizing up gave a nice airy "flowiness". They don't seem to be see-through, thankfully. Reading that vicose is environmentally unfriendly to produce I will avoid in the future tho. If I'd known ahead of time, I might have kept looking. But it seems harder and harder to find clothes with all natural fabrics, unfortunately. When washed (gently) I will hang to dry. These were also nice just to sit in the garden with. Will be nice to pull on after kayaking for a nice seafood dinner. Perhaps a bit pricey but I've tried "bargain" linen pants and these are well made and actually plus size, vs. some of the "surprise" "plus size" clothes I've become wary of that show up more or less a size 2! The fabric was really wonderful. The black ones were too big and the cream ones were way too small. I was busy and didn't have the time to send back but I should have. The fabric has a wonderful feel but the black ones were WAY too big in the waste until I washed them and we'll see if I can even wear them, but the beige ones were REALLY small and I couldn't even wear them once. This is a good product if they could get their sizing right and consistent... until then, don't waste your money! Read more
