I wanted to make sure it was compatible with 220-240 voltage so it can be used where i live (Israel), and they replied fast and confirmed it can be used with 220-240 voltage. About the massage itself - it gets the job done and the massage balls go pretty deep into the neck so its effective. We still use it from time to time for about 3 years now, so its quite durable. I assume it has to do with the fact that i wanted an electric corded massager, and not a portable one, because the batteries always have much shorter lifespan than corded electric products, so if you are debating between corded and portable massager, definitely go for the corded, if lack of portability is not an issue. I like all of the settings this offers. I feel like the massagers could be further apart though. The weight of it isn't bad, but it does feel a little bulky and difficult to control, if you're not holding it in place or propping it against something, it shifts easily. The quality of the massage is fine once you manage to get it in place. It has worked out knots that I couldn't do on my own which definitely helped with the pain I felt, the heat settings definitely helped and never feel too hot or too cool.
