I've been using back massagers for a good 10 yrs now & until I found Neckteck, I was buying a mas sager every 5 mos or dealing with the insurance you can purchase for them. Its really a pain in the arse. Then I bought my first neckteck 5 yrs ago. Lasted me 2 yrs & then finally puttered out. I bought another one that was supposed to be the same model but it was smaller. I do wish they would've kept the bigger model but it worked great & helped with the constant pain in my neck. I just received a new one today, even though the old one still works. It was getting rough looking. The new one does work differently. like it changes directions automatically. The older one you had to change the direction manually & I like to be in control of the direction it goes, so that sucked. This thing is good! It gets the job done. I would recommend this to someone. It is pretty dang strong, With three intensity levels. The heat is nice too. This product is great and feels really good on the back and neck. I tried one at work that a coworker left in our break room. My husband surprised me with my own a few weeks later. I always have big knots in my neck and back muscles. I used this while watching TV, for maybe half an hour total- over my t shirt - moving it around between lower, upper back and neck. When I got up I felt like my back was sunburned. It was red all over my back and this blister/burn has formed. This picture is after 24 hours of using silvadene burn cream and a dressing over it. 🫠😢 Just beware if you buy one.
