Super comfy and breathable. The inside lining runs very large, but that doesn't bother me at all, because I wear trunks under the shorts and cut out the lining. These are great for workouts, and are quick dry. I'm picky about things like these, so I will also add that I really appreciate the tie string on the shorts having little plastic knobs at the end so the tie won't slip into the shorts. These shorts are very lightweight and comfortable, and the material itself is of good quality and all the seams are sewn very well. My ONLY gripe with them is they are a bit too sheer for my comfort. Think New MLB uniform pants. They do have 'built-in underwear', which "Helps", but I will ALWAYS wear actual underwear with these so as not to be accused of exhibitionism lol. I really like the colors and design. The one thing that threw me off was, I followed the size chart and ordered a set for my waist size, but I was unpleasantly surprised to find out they were huge. suppose I COULD have read the chart incorrectly, however when I re-ordered in the next size down, they were almost perfect.... and I do like them enough to have re-ordered. I feel like the sizing is off enough that IF I were to order another size even smaller I would get boys shorts. After washing/drying them they are slightly too big, but not so much as to warrant their return... as I will be losing more weight <wink>. These are good shorts for a variety of workouts but running might not be the best activity match. The lining is far too long-hanging and the shorts are a bit see through in the sun. Good news is that the mesh lining hangs long enough and is loose enough that you can still wear your own bottoms of choice. Of course, you could also cut the lining out (just don’t go commando if you do - you’ll inadvertently put on a show). I prefer running shorts to be lighter than these but for other activities you’ll be just fine. For the price, considering you get three pairs of shorts, these are not a bad deal. I own workout tops by the same company and like them so I tried out the shorts. They are very comfortable. Material is thinner than expected, but that’s fine. Length is nice—I like wearing short shorts, but sometimes they’re a little much for public, but I hate super long, baggy shorts so these are a nice comprise. They go to the top of the knee, so a comfortable length for exercising. They run in my opinion actually slightly large. So if you want them more snug then you’ll need to order a size down. Read more
