Obviously I can't say weather it is going to be effective for me until I take it for a period of time, but I have been wanting to try a collegen supplement for quite awhile now. So many are powders and I know realistically I won't likely develop a habit of mixing them up in something and drinking it. These I can add to my limited number of capsule supplements I already take. So, no need to add a new task to my routine. They appear to be manufactured in Sunrise Florida, and I generally prefer supplements made in the US over supplements from countries that may have no regulations as to what can be sold for ingestion. These don't have a bunch of add ons and the promotional page had full disclosure of the ingredients in the picture. That means alot to me. I hate it when supplement makers through in random vitamins and minerals that may, when added to what I already take, up levels to an unhealthy level. The negative is that each capsule only contains 1 gram of collegen supplement, with recommended dosage being three tablets. That meets the recommended dosage per day of 2.5 milligrams, but just barely and a bottle is not going to last more than a month, despite there being 120 capsules.
