This is a great price for a collagen supplement, and it’s been very easy on my stomach. I haven’t had any digestive issues while taking it, which is always a big plus for me. I have noticed less hair loss, which has been a nice bonus. I haven’t seen a big improvement in my skin yet, but it’s winter here in Michigan, so that would honestly take a miracle. I've been taking these collagen supplements for a couple of weeks. I've had no issues with stomach upset. I have noticed that my skin feels a bit more hydrated, and I do have less hair loss in the shower, which could be from adding these. For a 90 day supply, the price is great - although I think for these to be effective, it's better to double the dose, depending on how much collagen you get in your diet - so you may be looking at closer to a 2 month supply with this bottle. For supplement products, due to the fact that they are so unregulated in the US, I always like to check for a few things like is there any information about where it was manufactured, any information about 3rd party testing and how many capsules, scoops or servings per recommended daily dose to translate to a total number of doses instead of just overall count. This product is made in the US. They do at least have a functional website where they generally indicate they have 3rd party testing but don’t seem to have an easily accessible certificate of analysis with details of the testing results. Unfortunately that is pretty common but would be nice if it was provided. The product recommended serving size is 1 capsule which gives 90 doses. I got this product at the $12 price level. That seems pretty reasonable and good value although prices for collagen supplements seem to be all over the map between different versions and are kind of hard to compare. This dosing provides 350 mg of collagen peptides and 150 mg of hyaluronic acid. They indicate this is mainly types I & III collagen which is supposed to be good for skin (vs other types for joint or muscle support). So I haven’t noticed any unusual taste or smell from this product or any ill effects after taking it. It is too early to tell if there are any more obvious beneficial effects either. Read more

Collagen Peptides and Hyaluronic Acid are a daily part of my skin care routine, both internal and external, so I was pleased to find both together in one capsule. The bottle was well packaged and after taking the plastic film safety seal off I tried opening the bottle. Then tried again. And again. Took the bottle to my husband who also tried. He ended up using a tool to open it (a strap wrench). Once opened, I found the second safety seal was also well sealed. Once the second seal was off, I put my nose to the bottle took a sniff and smelled no odd or unusual odors. The capsules are large, firm, and filled to capacity. There are 90 of them and that amount fills the bottle to less than half full. I opened a capsule, dumped it in a cup, and added a couple of tablespoons of filtered water and stirred. The hyaluronic acid thickened the liquid right up to a texture I am familiar with when making DIY cosmetics. The collagen clumped and did not want to mix with just a spoon so I whisked for a second or two with a little milk frother. I tested the liquid on one of my hands. It absorbed quickly leaving my skin soft and smooth. I think the price point ($11.99) is fair for a 3 month supply of an easy to take dose of collagen and hyaluronic acid from a reputable company.
