I have only been taking it about 3 weeks. My nails are growing faster and my skin is smoother. No change in deep wrinkles yet but will take about 3 months before I know if it’s going to help with the wrinkles around my mouth. So far it is effective. I do see a difference. Read more
I can tell a slight difference in my skin, as for wrinkles on my face not so much but I hadn’t taken them for a month yet. As for knee/leg pain I had not noticed any difference. I do wish the manufacturer could make these tablets more slender in size because I am having trouble swallowing due to fibrous dysplasia on part of the esophagus. Update: I had taken this for a month now and I can tell a difference in my knee it’s not popping just a tiny bit at times plus it’s not as swollen (I had knee surgery in 2017). As far as the skeletal bones yes still pain due to my birth defect but I can tell a slight difference as not as stiff. Read more
In making the switch from a bovine collagen to a marine collagen, I did not anticipate such an improvement. The results are excellent, overall, but be aware that these tablets are very large and can be tricky to swallow without a good amount of water. The edges are also very exact as opposed to being a rounded caplet type. Aside from that, highly recommended because of the good results are there. No funky taste, good deal on the price. Read more
