Tell us more about the taste? The taste has a hint of what I could only call 'beef broth' and I can't stand that. So I make a big pot of coffee with espresso and put the required amount of collagen in the hot coffee and freeze it into cubes which I let melt in a tiny cup every morning and then I drink it fast.
