It's just the third day, and I have keratosis; yet I believe I do see active results (brown, crusty, resent growth on forehead lessening). Directions say use once a day for two weeks first and increase to twice a day. I admit on the worse locations I use it maybe twice a day right now, with no extra irritation. Note, I've also used Over the Counter peroxide on my spots and sink tags, since peroxide works on the cat's skin bumps, ( maybe flea irritation?) ! Followed by the Neostrata. But soolyphemol Spot finisher far, so good. And this is comparing a Rx of .05 Fluticasome priopionate.! and Ketoconazole shampoo, and Gundry's Polyphenol Spot Diminsher. Read more
