Promising ingredients, takes time to show efficacy, saves to buy in bulk but still spendy 💰
As a woman of “a certain age” I guess it’s time to start paying attention to the various aches and pains that mean my body is trying to get my attention. While I don’t currently experience neuropathy I definitely have some inflammation in my joints so I decided to order the Sofon Nerve Support Supplement. The capsules are standard sized and easy to swallow; I’ve had no digestive issues or adverse reactions. There’s a definite “supplement odor” but it’s not unpleasant and I don’t taste it. The serving size is 2/day so each bottle will last 1 month if taken daily. I received four bottles with 30 servings each, which certainly allows time to determine efficacy while providing a certain amount of cost savings. The pack of 4 that I received breaks down to $43.75/bottle ($0.73 per pill or $1.46 / day) while a single bottle is currently listed at $69.00. As with any supplement you’ll want to compare the nutritional table with anything else you’re taking to ensure you’re not getting a higher-than-recommended dose of any one vitamin along the way. Last but not least, it’s hard to speak to the effectiveness because if it’s something you're already taking it’s hard to notice a difference in the way you look and/or feel. However, if it’s new to you/your system, it usually takes a while for any real benefits to show up. I’ve been taking biotin/collagen for some time now and haven’t noticed a difference in the way I feel with these; if that changes over time I’ll update my review accordingly.
