After seeing some of the feedback on this model, I feel very fortunate that mine has functioned properly for the last 2 months. I love the quality of the espresso, my family was definitely a Starbucks family and we haven’t been back since we got our Nespresso! I love the fact I pop this in and its better than other machines with pod coffee. Easy to use. Good coffee with options to pick from. I don't mind paying more for the pods. Its better than paying 5 bucks a day and stopping in a line at Starbucks! Read more
The machine is interesting, and the pods are pricy, but the coffee is fast and delicious. The extraction is consistant and it's a one button machine. The only way to get a better espresso shot is to use an actual espresso machine. This removes the chore work from you getting that first cup of coffee in the morning. Read more

Ok so the coffee is amazing, there is no denying that. I’ve tried about a dozen different pods and have been satisfied by them all. So here’s the caveat, the machine can be widely frustrating to use since it literally has 1 button and requires a divinci code skills to descale the machine. What makes it even more frustrating is once the machine gives you about 10 “ I will need to be descaled “ warnings, it will go into a shut down mode and fake making you a cup of coffee until it is truly descaled. You can cheat the machine a few times but eventually it will give up on giving you coffee pleasure and raise a middle finger high up to you until you figure out how to descale. Oh and once you figure it out, it sometimes decides to have you go through the process all over again just for some s and g’s. Besides that, the machine works wonders. Read more
