Perfect, perfect, perfect. Smooth and creamy. I've been using it for decades along with my mother who used to use it most of her life. It's great in hot beverages. It mixes extremely easily. It's not gritty and it has a smooth creamy taste. This is the only powdered creamer that I will use. Some of the other ones have a coconut flavor to it. I don't want my coffee or my tea flavored. And this one is perfect. And offering it in this size and in packages of two, saves me many trips to the store or from running out. I recommend.
