I love this product- I got a free sample size from Whole Foods a few days ago and I only took one for a few nights, but one was enough to help me relax and I fell asleep pretty quickly, so I would say to be really careful taking them during the day. Read more
terrible name as no mint
I thought this was disgusting. I thought it sounded good when I ordered it. They don't contain mint so I don't know why they call them mints. They didn't smell very appealing when I opened them. I tried one anyway and spit it out right away. Save your money. If you are looking for mints, keep looking cause these aren't. Read more
