I love this body scrub. It has some bits inside (I believe they're made of cellulose crystals) and they feel like they help exfoliate. I let it sit for a while before I use a textured wash cloth to scrub off dead skin. I'm lazy, so most of my skincare is in regards to just my face. This helps me keep everything else clean! I like the smell and the SA helps with removing dead skin, leaving your skin smoother. I bought this to see if it could help the KP on my legs, but there's not much difference, if any.
