Works as advertised but doesn't last as long as I'd like
It's really helped me on a lot of my lifts, I bought this because I bite down when lifting; i've bitten down so hard i've chipped my teeth, with this I don't really need to think about not doing that and just focus on moving weight. It's pretty good but it kinda gets destroyed a bit too quickly for the price it's being sold at hence 4/5. Read more
Easy to customize and effective

Does the job but not for professional lifters
It is an easy process to mold and convenient to remold if necessary. Fits well once molded. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this for serious lifters. It does the trick but isn’t the best. Plus they sent me a cracked carry case. Not cool! Read more
It works but there’s a catch.
The molding process went pretty well for me. Had to do a little bit of manual manipulation but nothing too crazy. The first time I wore it was on leg day and I did appreciate being able to really clench down and power through. I think the real turn off for some people is that your jaw is going to ache the next day or two of you aren’t used to using something like this. Eventually, like with any other muscle, your jaw muscles will get used to it and A chiseled jaw will turn any 6 into a 9. I’m able to breathe, talk, and drink water with it in, no problem. The only other setback is you look pretty goofy walking around the gym with this thing in your mouth. If vanity isn’t really your thing you’ll probably be fine.
