I’m 5’11”, 129lbs and usually wear a size 6 in pants (28 in jeans, and a small/medium). I ordered these in a medium, and while they do fit (barely), they run VERY SMALL. I don’t have a ton of fat, but these dig into my muscle/fat right at my hip bones and it’s not incredibly flattering. The quality of these are EXCELLENT, very thick, and seamless. However, due to the thickness of this specific line of underwear, it causes some rubbing and chafing (that was just during a 45 minute spin class). There is no way I could wear these for anything longer than 3 miles. These would cause serious chafing during a half marathon or full marathon. I also own the New Balance laser cut underwear (the size small fit perfectly), which are seamless and very thin, and cause no chafing, but the sizing and material is VASTLY different. I’m giving them 4 stars because they’re high quality underwear, but you should size UP two sizes and they are not good for endurance races or cycling. Ended up throwing them away. I have bought new balance thongs in the past from Target and they were awesome. Bought the same size as in the past...size medium...I'm 5'3" and 125 lbs. They were so tight and the material is stiff. They didn't cover my lady parts and that is not great for when you run. Read more

Very comfortable. I’m going to order another set in a larger size for comparison but these are really great. I have a lump from a scar on my inner thigh that causes most pants to twist and tighten especially when riding my bike. Most uncomfortable. These cause no problems and I’ll probably stay with this brand. I would definitely recommend these. Hopefully they’ll continue to be as comfortable during the hot days of summer. Read more
