These are great for a small toddler. My son is 2 years, 3 months old. 21lbs. I ordered 12-18 months so he could wear them a long time. They were big when putting them on. We pulled them up to his belly button and they fit around the waist but the leg holes were a little big. Since we are starting potty training with these, I was more concerned with him feeling wet than them fitting perfectly. There is no padding so he could feel wetness. My son is almost 2 years old, but only 21 pounds. Needless to say, he is quite tiny. He started exhibiting signs about a month ago that he was ready to potty train. WE purchased 2T underwear from our local stores, and they were all too big! We started looking for smaller underwear, and could not find any that woudl fit him without spending an arm and a leg. We stumbled across these on amazon and ordered them in a 6 months to 12 months size. After washing them, they shrank a tiny bit, and they fit perfectly! Bought for my twin grand children, to potty train. One's a girl, one's a boy. There's no inner padding to absorb the pee, so they will know immediately if they have an accident. They seem to fit the kids fine. My grand son is on the smaller side. He's almost 2, and 18 month pants sometimes hang off of him. I like the softness of the fabric. They have these wierd gold words imprinted on each pair. And these annoying to remove paper stickers as well. AND each pair came individually wrapped and bundled tightly together. Some reviews mention the leg holes are larger than you'd expect. I find that to be true. My grand daughter pooped, and it fell right out... but ya know? when you are potty training, the entire affair can be rather messy so I'm not holding that against them. Read more

These underwear are so cute and the sizing seems accurate but the second I opened the package my house was filled with a super strong chemically smell. Like moth balls on steroids! If the smell comes out I’ll update this and change my review to 4 stars. But I once ordered clothing and couldn’t get out a very similar smell despite several washes. I hate it though because these underwear are perfect and exactly what I was looking for. But the smell is both gross and concerning as to what’s on them. (Especially to be something that will be on a babies delicate skin.) Read more
I bought these for my two year old daughter who is still wearing size 18 month pants. She is potty trained and needed panties her size. These fit on the waist well, but they do seem a little roomy in the front. It would seem these are specifically cut for boys. We got these in the 6 month size for my very small son who potty trained at age 2 yrs. So far, the only underwear we have found that will fit him. For reference, in shorts he also wears a size 6 mo when not wearing a diaper. He weighs about 20 lbs. The underwear themselves are super simple. Covered elastic waistband (not a tape elastic like many underwears), soft leg openings (no elastic). We got all dark solid colors, not quite as bright as the picture, but fine nonetheless.
