I have the Oral-B iO 4 Series and originally bought the OEM version of the replacement heads, but they are a bit spendy. As I was on my last replacement head, I was in the market for replacements. I searched out Oral-B iO 4 Series replacement heads and came across this option. It seems like the price was about average from other brands, so I ordered them up and they arrived within a few days. The replacement heads arrived in a box, with each of them in individual sealed plastic bags. They were easy to install and were pretty close to the originals, which I have comparison photos. I did not notice a difference in the stiffness/softness of the brush heads, as they seemed to be very similar to the originals but the one thing I did notice was humming / buzzing noises at times, which is a bit annoying. I have used my i0 for over a year and the OEM ones never did this. But, for almost half the price as the OEM version, I can deal with the noise but taking off a star. As the replacement heads should be replaced every three months, I will be sure to update this post in another three months if they do not hold up as the standard OEM versions did. And for now, I would give these a thumbs up based on the cleaning capacity and prices. Read more

They are a great price way cheaper then the brand name and work just the same. Fit my toothbrush perfectly. Give them a try they are worth it! Read more
These work for my iO series tooth brush but they are very hard to get on and off. Read more
not worth the savings you get from not buying Oral B brushes, which are gougers. for whatever reason ( i think the little elongated hole on the shaft, which sits lower than the one on the overpriced Oral B brushes) spit and paste spray out of my mouth while using. then you gotta wipe down the sink, fixture, mirror and counter...messy. as mentioned by someone else, there is an annoying buzz while using, probably the fit.i sent them back and went to Costco and bought a two year supply for a few cents lower than buying a smaller package from the drug store. These toothbrush replacement heads fit on our oral-b io just perfectly. More affordable and soft to prevent enamel damage. Look great and no major difference between this and the more expensive situation. Read more
These are pretty good replacement heads for my toothbrush. They fit and work with the base, and the price is fair. I took off a star because I just don't think they do as good a job of cleaning my teeth as the name brand ones, like they don't seem quite as efficient. But overall I think they're a good replacement option. Read more
These heads do fit, technically. You have to force them onto the unit, and it doesnt spund right when you turn it on, and the brushes do not feel right. Meaning you cant feel them getting in between your teeth like braun replacement heads do. I used them once, and threw them away. Money wasted. I should have returned them. Read more
