Yes, finally! The heel style I've been searching for. So chic! Boots are comfy too. I did add a small stick on pad to go under the ball of my feet though just to give it a little extra padding as I put my step weight mostly there. Years ago I lived in an Eastern European country where many of the women are known for their beauty and style - and also their amazing legs. While living there it was necessary and normal to walk 20 minutes to reach a metro stop, then after riding to another station, get off and walk another 10 minutes or so to another metro stop only to finally at the 3rd or 4th stop to finally be relatively closer to the destination. The sidewalks had cracks and there was cobblestone and brick type walkways that weren't the easiest to walk on and for much of the time there was snow or ice on the ground. Comfort was a necessity but oh my, if you didn't look good doing all this traipsing around you really were simply looked at as a not so classy. Unfortunate yes, but that was reality. Well, my FAVORITE pair of boots while there was a pair that had a flat, wide heel like these boots feature. (Those also were fur lined which these are not but I don't live in a region where thats a necessity so its irrelevant to me now.) So, imagine my delight when I was sent this pair in exchange for a Vine review and after trying them on actually found them to be comfortable as well as super chic and almost identical to the ones I wore and loved while over there - except for no fur lining and these aren't as tall as those knee length ones were - but the basic foot shape and ankle rise is the same. These are true to size, I did add the cushion in the foot pad for extra cushioning, and I find them to be of amazing quality for the price of currently around $50.00. I've already received several compliments from my women friends on them when wearing them with a skirt and hosiery and then again when I just wore them with cute tailored jeans on a date night. I so love these boots. They fit so well. I do need to wear a thick sock because I have a narrow foot. But other than that, these are beautiful. The heel is a perfect height. The rectangular heel provides comfort. The color is natural and goes with so many outfits. The material is a great quality and cleans easily. It gives a vintage look with a twist on today's style. These cute boots have the rare quality of being *just* right. The shape of the toe, the heel height, the shaft height, all working together to look super flattering on! I'm always self conscious of my - let's call them curvy - legs, but I honestly felt my legs looked like a million bucks in these boots. And the off white color gave them a certain disco gogo vibe. The faux leather is so soft and supple, it makes them feel a lot more expensive than they are. All that said, for me these will probably be a special occasion boot, as I can't say they are especially comfortable. There is no platform or cushioning under the toe so all the pressure is on the ball of the foot, and directly on the hard ground, which is only tolerable for short spurts. But worth it for the look! These boots are great! They have a zipper up the side and feel very well made. They’re a little steep and difficult to walk in if you aren’t used to heals, but are relatively easy and comfortable for the most part. I love the style of these boots! Most boots ride up too high on the leg and make me sweat, so I’m happy that these stop right above the ankle. Great pair of boots. Highly recommend. Read more

Although they were quite generous with the heel on this boot it is not lacking in style with the side zipper which allows the boots to be easy to put on, fine stitch on the top, soft feel on the inside ( I don't wear socks so they are truly soft) and they four-inch heel looks quite stylish with my boot cut jeans. These boots provide a clean sophisticated look that can be dressed up or down. These boots are definitely a great value for the price. Read more
