I I really like these boots! When I first tried them on I thought they might be too tight for my wife feet but I think they just needed to be broken in as they feel a lot better now. They are pretty and I love the color. The zipper makes them super easy to take on and off and it has a snug grip so the shoes shouldn't loosen on their own. They are rather slippery so I won't wear them when it's wet out or somewhere I might encounter a lot of spills. Read more

So these NEWBELLA cowgirl ankle boots showed up and first thing I noticed was the stitching on them is actually really cute and the heel is just enough to feel dressed up but not where you’re wobbling everywhere. I wear a size 10 normally and these fit like they should, not tight at the toe which is usually my problem and I didn’t have to mess with inserts or anything like that. I ordered these boots to wear with longer dresses and they look great! I ordered a half size larger thinking I would need to add a padding for comfort however it wasn’t needed. These boots are really comfortable and true to size. There is a zipper on the side but I found it wasn’t needed as they slip on easy enough. I would say they are mid quality. You can tell they are not leather and the material buckles up a little but not horrible. The stitching is well done. The color tends to be a bit more orange but still works well. This pair of cowgirl boots are very nice. The heel height is 2.5" which is perfect for a pair of boots like this. They are made in the traditional style, which I like. The toe is definitely pointed, so if you have wide feet, they may not be very comfortable. I can't say honestly that the boots are true-to-size. I ordered a size 6, and the boots are somewhat big. If thick socks are worn however, the size is fine and the boots are comfortable. I like the delicate embroidery on the boots, and I like the height of the boots. Shorter boots like this I like better than the standard taller cowgirl/cowboy boots. As far as durability goes, I can't say whether they are durable or not. These were worn to a rodeo, but not yet anywhere else. Since they're not made of real leather, the durability is questionable. I don't see them lasting as long as real leather does.
