I have had this bag for about 2 years and it was doing good until recently. I am a volunteer firefighter, so my gear bag rides in the back of my truck under my truck bed cover. I have a couple issues recently with the bag. The first is the side compartment liner when my helment resides is falling apart. I am guessing this is normal wear and tear. The other issue (more alarming) is the stitching on the main compartment zipper has started failing and allowed for one of the zipper pulls to come off when zipped bag all the way closed. Luckily there is a second zipper pull. My current fix is to not fully close my bag all the way. Read more

I've used this bag now for over half a year now. I must say, this is one great bag. At first, I was skeptical as some of the materials seemed pretty thin and the zipper felt like it was going to fall off with a serious tug. But, I've shoved my gear and pulled out of my gear so many times in this bag and it shows no signs of wear and tear. Definitely worth it if looking for a bag with a partial mesh for air flow to prevent molding. I must say its very roomy as well. Can fit all of my turnout gear, helmet, SCBA, 2 Sets of gloves, Flash Lights and I still have room to close the bag comfortably without pulling the zipper ends to close. Read more
