10/10 I recommend this chair AND company; however, there is a story that goes along with my rating so hold on with me. I ordered this chair in gray and it arrived three days earlier than expected. I was so excited that I started putting it together right away and then remembered that I ordered a gray chair and the one I was putting together was black. That didn't both me at all so I kept putting it together. About halfway through the assembly process I realized it was completely the wrong chair. There was no foot rest and no laptop tray. I started the exchange process on Amazon and they said I would have to pay for return shipping, which infuriated me. I contacted the company but it was later in the workday on a Friday so I didn't hear from them until Monday morning. They offered to let me keep the black/wrong chair and would send me a new chair or I could keep the black/wrong chair AND get a refund for the chair I ordered. I just wanted them to pay for return shipping. This was phenomenal customer service and I chose the option to keep the chair and receive the one I ordered. They immediately shipped out the correct chair and I received it within the week. I don't think I've ever received such fantastic customer service and because of this, any flaws in the gray/correct chair are outweighed by the customer service. Ok, so now onto my reviews, because I'm going to compare the two chairs in case you're comparing them. The black/wrong chair was the NT-001 and doesn't have the foot rest or laptop tray. The correct chair is the gray chair with those two features. I will compare them using gray and black as the identifiers to make it easier. - The coloring between the two chairs is different. The black chair's black is more cohesive; whereas, the gray chair's grays vary based on the material. The gray mesh is lighter and a cooler color than the seat, which is a warmer gray tone, the plastic that is gray (armrests, under seat support, under leg rest support) is more of a dirty gray, and the base is a shiny chrome. Because of all the differentiation, I wish I would have ordered a black chair. - The foot rest is awesome. No changes needed. I love it. Also, I'm 5'6" and weigh 160 lbs for reference. - The laptop tray is nice but there are some things that I wish were different: 1) I wish the section where you place the laptop were more centered on the tray or just off to the right a little more. Then they could put a more narrow mouse pad on each side and it would be more functional for lefties and righties (I'm right-handed). 2) The piece that pops up to hold your laptop in place is a little difficult to engage and it would be nice if it were a little easier to avoid breaking my nails. 3) They should remove the picture where it shows a stand for a second monitor. It's clearly stated in the description that it's not included so I knew that but it is a little misleading. Only include the things that are actually included except for the obvious (laptop, phone, tablet). 4) The mouse pad is embedded into a carved out portion of the laptop stand and it curls up slightly at the corners. I've pushed it down a few times but it still pops up a little. At this price point it shouldn't be something that catches my attention. - The lumbar support and headrest seem to function the same in both chairs and I love them. Any appearance issues I have are negated by how comfortable both of these chairs are. I cannot wait until it's a little warmer and I can roll the gray one outside to work. Read more

This chair is in a league of its own and truly worth every penny. I returned another brand’s ergonomic chair for this one, and the difference in comfort and build quality is night and day. So far this office chair has been amazing. I've had four spinal surgeries, and the best part about this chair is the way that the lumbar part supports you, even when you are not sitting completely back in the chair. It was very easy to assemble, even for me. The total recline position, and the ability to put your feet up is a huge plus. The only negative is that the table that attached to the arms may not be possible to use if you are broad or have a large belly, but the table can be used for the purpose it's intended for. It's a little pricey for an office chair, but I think it's worth it, if it last. It's heavy and solid and that makes me feel very secure when I recline as far back as possible, although Im 5'3 and weigh 183lbs. I just hope that it last for a fair amount of time. Read more

It is really comfortable and a good purchase. I haven't used it for extended periods, but for a couple of hours, I can say, it works as wanted. My only critique is for the desk attachment, though it is still great and helps correct posture which helps to reduce back pain; I think the laptop part should be centered a bit more. It causes you to turn just a bit to the left to adjust. I still recommend them both, especially the chair. Also, getting both makes it convenient when changing from your actual desk to moving the chair to another room temporarily for a meeting or what not. Read more

So just on putting this chair together and quality. This is not a $500 chair. Allot of plastic and wobbly armrest. The adjustment knobs for lumbar does nothing it seems. The spring lumbar part is nicer. Even the seat cushion doesn't seem like it will hold up. Maybe I'm wrong. This seems like a 200 dollar chair. The desk portion is a joke if your 6'6" 270 pd athletic build. Read more

This chair exceeded my expectations and was simple to assemble by myself. I recently had spinal fusion surgery and wanted a chair that could relieve pressure while working during recovery. Functionally it will provide the support needed. I made a mistake when I ordered the chair and they sent me the parts I needed immediately. Customer service was excellent. Truly worth the money.
