This thing is tough, I had put off buying a ratchet belt, thought they were “gimmicky”, I had seen a few different ones on tictok and did some research and all I found was that this was one of the best, so I bought this one. It is very tough, not only does it hold my pants up well, it is rigid enough to hole everything I put on my belt to include a Leatherman Surge. The ratchet is 1/4 inch increments so you can make it as tight as you like, so get it has been very comfortable, cut to length. It is difficult to cut but that is just a testament to its durability. The release is one button and it slides off. I would suggest cutting it too long, trying it out and then cutting it down as needed. My new everyday belt. I will NEVER go back to a non-ratcheting belt again. Whether you conceal carry or not it is a great belt. This thing is ridiculously sturdy and keeps everything where it should be. The release button to ease tension has not given me any problems so far. And yes, please leave a couple extra inches over your waist size for the belt like the instructions say. Don’t cut it too close thinking “it’ll be fine”. This belt saved my life!!! I fell off of a ladder and Impaled myself on a 5' High steel fence post. This onife kept the post from continuing through to my kidney!!! Nice belt. I'm not sure if it's the really slim design of the buckle, but the strap has a lot of wiggle room and feels loose. Almost has a cheap feel to it because of all the slack unfortunately. It does hold, no problem there. I just wish it was a tighter fit so the belt didn't move around so much in the buckle itself. Read more
Great registry, light weight, tons of size options, and adjustment points. I have had my belt for about 6 months now with no major issues. I had a few strings come off of the inside by the track a few times, but it isn’t unraveling at all. It also can be a little uncomfortable with an IWB holster after a few hours around the hip area, but I think that’s just part of the game really. Overall it’s held up great. Read more
