The Nexcare Absolute Waterproof Tape oddly enough seems to work for what you want, but then to also come off very easily. For me, it has been fine. However, my wife was hugely allergic to it. If the site you used it becomes red and inflamed discontinue immediately. Read more

This stuff works great. I like to hike and this tape protects some of the more sensitive areas of my feet. I tried imitations (Walmart brand) and found that their tape was too stiff and not sticky enough. This tape has just the right amount of stickiness. It easily peels off when you are done with it. The tape can be torn easily but I prefer cutting it and rounding the corners for a better fit. If you have a small area that needs slightly cushioned protection, this should be your go to tape.
