The shampoo made my hair feel very clean while not making my hair feel damaged. The conditioner did make my hair feel very hydrated and soft. I very much like Nexxus products. Makes my hair look & feel shiny & soft. Worth the price. However the pump for the conditioner bottle didn't unlock right & the pump doesn't work like it's supposed to. The second time I bought this product, it had the same problem.
