Does not come with hook to hang on tank, slips around on the toilet seat some. It would be better if it had some non slip pads or something to keep it from sliding on the adult seat. It sits back a bit far from the edge of the seat it's on, it's difficult to use for independent toddlers. You must lift the child up onto it. The seat itself is cute but it barely touches the surface of the toilet seat. If it weren't for the handles on it, it wouldn't touch much at all, just around thin edges. It's easy enough to clean, comes apart from the padded part, but leaves me concerned it may not stay together if taken apart a lot. I like the splash guard being soft for boys and should not need taken apart much. Do not let your child sit on this unsupervised they can fall and get hurt. Read more

I used these cushiony type for first two grandsons. When number 3 was ready and honestly to big now for the hard seat one we had, I let him pick out a cushion type. He was so excited when it came in 2 days. He took it right to the bathroom and tried it out. My only comment and not even a complaint is that if you have an elongated toilet see as I do. It will slide around a bit front to back. Freaked out grandson at first thinking he’d fall in. But now he knows he’s all good even though it slides. Read more
