Pros: easy to use and operate functions Strong pulsed stream works effectively Battery holds charge for many uses Comfortable to hold while using Nicely included additional heads Cons: Smallish water tank requires at least 2 fills for a thorough flossing On/off button too sensitive and in a terrible location. Easy to turn on while handling and end up spraying all over the place often making a mess of my vanity mirror Pulse intensity adjustment level from regular to next soft is a steep change.
