BUY THIS TENT. For the price you get an ultra-roomy 1-person tent that looks great from the outside and inside. Unpacks in moments, and folds up easily to pack away in an ultra-light bundle that'll fit anywhere. Could not believe when thr box came that there was a tent in that small flat package. Even when I unboxed the tent I still couldn't believe there was a tent big enough for an entire person in this lightweight carrying case. STILL could not believe my eyes when this tent assembled itself after taking it out of its storage bag! I'm 5'9" 200lbs and you could fit two of me in there, I plan on putting a cot and side table in mine, so much room. Then the ulitmate test, I folded it back into a figure 8 twice as the instructions said and had it back in its bag in seconds. Unreal for under $70, you can't go wrong!! Read more

I got this for my 1 and 4 year old grandaughters for Christmas. I made them wait till the end to open it and it's a good thing, because they were in it for the rest of the day. They were in the house and played in it with their other Grandma. So it's plenty big enough for 1 person to sleep in. The girls will also use it for a playhouse and nap tent when they go camping. It took their abuse just fine, so far in one day anyway. It isn't the easiest to put away, but it is doable. Read more

So far I'm very satisfied with my decision to purchase this tent. It's extremely easy to set up and to pack back up, especially compared to other brands of similar style tents. I'm also impressed with the attention to details of the features of this tent, especially for this price range. I'm still waiting to see how the tent will perform in rain. I will update the review with that information. *Rain Update* We had a slow moving front come through my area last night and I was able to see how this tent performed in the rain. While not a strong thunderstorm, it did rain pretty good and for a large portion of the night. Overall I was very happy with the result. PLEASE NOTE: I purchased this tent to have something quick, easy, and compact to setup and take down for an overnight sleep. As such, I don't bother to make use of the stakes. By not using the stakes the tent wasn't as taught as it should be, which caused some areas of the tent to sag and allowed some water to collect. When I awoke I noticed a couple of drops permeating through in these areas. I'm sure that if the tent were fully taught and staked this wouldn't have happened. I woke up to my self and belongings being dry and I'm still a happy camper. Please see my notes regarding rain and waterproofing below... Speaking of rain... I've seen some reviews criticizing leaks and wanted to share some information. The very first thing you should do with a brand new tent, regardless of brand, price, and claims of "waterproof" is apply a waterproofing product. These usually come in the form of sprays. From what I've read in the description is this tent's waterproofing is based on the fabric rating. You should always apply a water repelling product to a new tent - think of it as "rain-x" for your tent. Also, nothing should touch the sides of a tent as this will make water come through regardless of waterproofing. A tarp should be used for the bottom and should never stick out beyond the edge as it will give an avenue for moisture to collect between the tarp and floor of the tent. Tuck any excess tarp under the edge of the tent and under the tarp itself. Read more

This tent does as advertised as it fit 1 person perfectly. It is roomy enough to turn from side to side while laying down. Easy to setup and put away when done. It’s light and compact for ease of carrying. It didn’t rain or too winding while I used it so I have no comments on those topic. I just wish it was a slight bigger so I can keep my bag inside with me, but it’s not that big of a deal for me. Read more

Pros: setup take down is super quick & easy. Very lightweight and bag has backpack like carrying straps. Cons: no rain fly. Definitely not rain resistant like stated. On our camping trip the outside Temperature ranged from 68* to 52* - no rain yet the condensation was so bad on the tent that if you touch the side of the tent water would start leaking in. Not sure if a rain fly would help this type of condensation buildup or not. Either way - too small of a tent to try to not touch the walls when getting dressed our rolling up sleeping bag in the am. Overall - if you can deal with water getting on you even if there isn’t a cloud in the sky then this is an easy tent to setup and take down. Read more

Set up is a cinch: grasp firmly then throw it away from you. Lol. Putting it back in the bag was a challenge, but this is the first time I’ve ever successfully gotten this kind of thing to fold. The directions for storage were too small, I eventually took a picture with my phone so I could zoom in. The important thing though is that it was compact, good quality, worked as needed, roomier than I expected. Read more
