Nike Air Max are so comfortable for running. You can really feel the support in the heel. But they are not heavy shoes, that's what I like about them. They give support without that feeling of having a huge weight on your heel. Depending on the miles you put on them, will depend on their life expectancy. If you are a runner and average 4 to 5 miles a day, you will notice considerable wear. And expect to replace them in 6 months time. Off trail running, maybe sooner. But for the price, they can't be beat. Do not wash them in the washer. I suggest hand washing and sun drying to lengthen the life of your shoes. I wear a size 8 and ordered an 8. They fit perfectly! I would say they are true to size. All around good quality. The shoes are breathable and I never have an issue with odor. Read more
