I like this headband and I will likely use it on cooler days. I work in the texas heat and have been looking for anything to help keep my body temperature down. I recently learned that palms of hands, bottoms of feet and forehead are the fastest ways for this and figured forehead would be the way for me to get the job done while working outside. This headband is great quality and I like that it is reversible. However, it seems like it would really work well in cooler conditions. I could see it working really well near a fan, or in a gym environment. Or maybe even a windy day with it being 70-85 degrees Fahrenheit. I tried it on a day that got above 90 and it didn’t work for me. It does a good job keeping sweat out of the eyes but even with ice water on it, it was warm right away and I had to take it off. Surprisingly, frogg togg chilly pads worked amazingly. So much so that I bought many more. They have their cons too but they were much better than this. I will still use it, like I said, but probably only when I’m teaching Zumba or working out at home near a fan or with ac or cool wind. Read more
