This item was true to the color and matched the other nike products I wear it with. It is well constructed and absorbs better than the thin sweatbands I have. I wear one band over my watch and one directly over skin. The thin bands stretch out over my watch. This band doesn't do that. It maintains its shape. Very happy with. Wish I had bought more. I wear wristband and headbands everyday, since I go to the gym everyday. I need them for sweat management. It seems that all the recent headbands and wristbands I have bought from Nike are made of 95% nylon. They have a strange spongy feel to them. I still have some older versions which were made of cotton. These were better, more absorbent. Unfortunately, I have no choice but to buy these new versions to match my Nike outfit to the gym. I seem to be afflicted with matching brands and being color coordinated. Care suggestion: Care instructions says machine wash & line dry. I hand wash these and hang dry them. It's more work, but it helps in making the product last longer. I can't afford to replace them that quickly. Also, use specially made detergent for darks to retain their color. Read more
