There are many speeds: from the gentlest to turbo mode. There are no jerks when switching speeds; it works smoothly and relatively quietly. The handle is incredibly ergonomic – it fits perfectly in the hand, and you don't get tired even during long periods of use. The set includes a whisk, beaters, a 3-cup mixing cup, and even a book with 20 recipes – that's a separate bonus, the ideas are very inspiring! The Ninja quality, as always, is top-notch: the plastic is durable, odorless, everything is perfectly fitted, there are no gaps or looseness. I'm a long-time fan of the brand – all my Ninja appliances have served me for years: convenient, reliable, and easy to clean. I’m very happy with this multifunctional mixer. The chopper works great and handles everything in just a couple of presses. I absolutely love this product. It was a replacement for an old immersion blender that I had. But I find myself using the hand mixer part about as equally. It's powerful, easy to use, and I use every piece that has come with this unit. The only problem I have with this is that the whisk attachment lost one of the wires after only maybe 10 uses of that piece. One end popped out, and I could not re-insert it so I had to pull that one wire completely out of the whisk. The whisk still works, but I would have expected better quality. Read more
