The chair is firmed and still soft, exactly like I wanted. The size is the smallest I could find for small room, but it still roomy to sit in and very comfy. I had a broken piece and contacted the seller right away. Maria contacted me and sent the replacement which was more acceptable for us instead of taking the return to the ups and wait for new chair.
