Four stars for the pillow, zero for Amazon Prime. I ordered this neck pillow on September 6 for an international trip September 22, but didn't receive it until September 30 after I returned. I didn't find Amazon Prime to be worth anything. The pillow was more comfortable than the small pillow provided by the airline. It also seemed well made and easily compresses and fits back into the compact bag along with the sleep mask and earplugs. The pillow cover is removable and presumably washable, but I haven't needed to do that yet. I'll be able to give it a real test when I travel again. Read more
I got this pillow for our trip to Japan, and am not disappointed! It supports all sides of the head and neck, so if I leaned my face forward I could sleep comfortably that direction as well. Bought this for a long flight to Europe last November; it did not disappoint! Kept me comfortable for the 12 hour flight. It was a bit annoying to use with earbuds, but any pillow is; not a problem unique to this pillow. Definitely would recommend using headphones instead. Read more
