Love that this is a ceramic pan and comes with a lid. Made of good quality, distributes heat evenly. The size is 11” and is deep. Perfect weight and the fact that it’s non-stick is a definite plus. Read more
Great fry pan!
This is a replacement for an often used small 8” fry pan. I bought this as a Prime Day deal and hoped for the best. The first thing I liked was that the handle detached. This is important as I have a very small and organized place for pans. All of our pans have detachable handles. Well hoping for the best was spot on. Love this pan, Hubby loves this pan. It is nonstick and works well. It cooks evenly with no hot spots on an induction cooktop. It is 1” bigger then the previous pan which I thought would problematic in storing, it is s non issue.
