First of all, the gracious folks at Sweater Chalet treated me like a personal friend. I recommend them as sellers. This sweater is a finely crafted garment and yes, it costs a little, but the quality and workmanship justify that. With proper care it wil last a very long time. The styling is classic -- nordic sweaters have not gone out of fashion for a hundred years and are unlikely to do so anytime soon. It is super well made. There are "less expensive" Norwegian sweaters out there but this is the one she wanted. The do seem to run just a tad small. Which may be a good fit for some. The lady wife, while fit, is closer to 70 than 60 and is not quite so body vain as some. Customer service is top notch. Respond very quickly to inquiries and are helpful and customer oriented. Beautiful, and warm but one of the buttons fell off as I was putting it on for the first time. I would think for the amount purchased they would make sure the buttons were well sewn on. For this 4 stars. Read more

The cardigan is very well made and arrived with a free hat and a nice gift from the seller. It does have a strange fit, though. I am 163 cm 50 kg and S fits me well except the sleeves. There is too much room in the armpits which makes it look baggy. The waist and hips are snug, so XS would be too tight. The seller accepted my return. Anyway, the seller is great, the cardigan is a beauty, a real Scandinavian gem, and it is such a pity that it does not fit me. Read more
