I like the heating and massaging benefits of this item. It is easy enough to charge and operate. The issue I have is that it shows it can change from Celsius to Fahrenheit on the temperature but I haven't figured that out. It heats really fast, so I recommend starting at the lowest temperature to start as there are several setting for heating benefits. The massage side of it is easy to operate and works well. I would recommend this to others. I like that can be used on other parts of the body due to the included straps and attachments, The two main issues one might have as far as I can tell is the fact that is slightly heavier than I would have thought and the heating issues I already stated above. I thought it was just a gimmick but it does work. The battery is long lasting and it you can definitely feel it working. Although it's adjustable, it doesn't have a very tight fit so it's best when used laying down. It hasn't been uncomfortable as far as I have noticed but again I only use it laying down and I do not use it when I'm mobile. Read more
