The quality and comfort of the shorts is very good. The construction is quite consistent such that I have purchased three more pairs after the initial purchase. They are comfortable and fit slightly loose on a bigger guy like me. I am 6 foot zero, and (unfortunately) closer to 300 pounds. This brands 3X fits like it is supposed to,… And I wear about a 48 waist in Ralph Lauren or other XL size brands. I got a medium for my husband when I should have gotten a small. It still fits and sits well on him however the way the crotch area is made is pretty flat. There’s no seam like with the Nike dri-fit shorts so it looks like it has a long crotch area. I guess this wouldn’t have looked so bad if it was his exact size.
