I think it's tastes similar to Dairy Queen and a only 70 calories. It's very easy to mix, just uses whipping cream and milk so bought a box of them. Only wish it came in chocolate also. I doubled the amount of cream the next time I made it and it was so much better. Not as sweet and so creamy. That's the way I make it everytime now. 2 cups of milk, 4 cups of cream and the mix.
