Great product

Best fiber supplement I've bought! This products mixes easily, doesn't clump, and has a great mouth-feel when consuming. It is very effective if you're looking to increase your fiber in-take. Read more

Effective natural fiber supplement

KevinMarch 4, 2026✓ Verified purchase

Fine powder that mixes reasonably well in water. I usually use a shaker because these powders tend to stick to the spoon. The bag is economical, although the price has increased recently. In terms of effectiveness, this is one of the few natural options that helps gently with constipation. Just make sure to drink plenty of water with it. Read more

A great quality psyllium husk supplement

A-MacOctober 29, 2025✓ Verified purchase

If you're on this product page, you know what this stuff does. Press the order button. In fact, you don't even need to read this review. However, if you're not sure... this makes your "movements" MUCH nicer. Combine this with a bidet and your roll of TP is gonna last like a month. In fact, the TP might get lonely and sad because you barely need it anymore. This is another daily use product for me - 1 heaping TBSP + water + stir + chug = yay. There's nothing quite like the feeling of being "completely empty." It's just healthy. Do it. You won't regret it. Oh, it doesn't have much flavor. Kinda tastes like... wheat germ but with less flavor? But if you chug it fast enough you won't notice. What you will notice is how you now have a regularly scheduled bathroom break every morning at like 8:30am. Quality is always great and fresh product. A++ Bonus: The whole husk is superior to the powder IMO, in consistency and effectiveness. Read more

Basic, gritty psyllium that does the job for low cost

Igraine WoodsMarch 14, 2026✓ Verified purchase

This is a simple product. Hard to mess it up. If you know you need insoluble fiber, psyllium husk is the easy, inexpensive choice. It’s just hard to drink. A full tablespoon in water is like drinking a glass of sludge with little leaves in it. I can only do two teaspoons max and then put another teaspoon in my smoothie. Start slow if you’re not used to it or you will be farting constantly. Gave it 4 stars cause there are far better tasting, with better texture products out there but they are twice the price. This is simplified, one ingredient and tastes like it. My favorite has oats and millet and tastes like orange sweetened with stevia. However - it’s $40. Read more

Warning Warning ---> Fantastic Product but important information.

Lana FryeFebruary 3, 2026✓ Verified purchase

WARNING: Drink this with LOTS of water. I drank this mixed with some tea in a protein shake, and I believe it binds with the liquid. Whatever the case, it was the worst stomachache I've had in a long time. I felt like my stomach was going to explode. It's on the package, but I don't think there is enough emphasis on how important high liquid intake is with this product. Also, it tastes like 💩. It's bad. Tolerable but bad 💩. I would not mix this with anything other than water, regardless of taste. That being said, it's a great supplement. I've never had such easy and regular bowel movements since adding this to my daily stack. Fantastic product. Read more

I like it but others may not.

Easiest way to mix is with a frother. Cold water only, if you try it in tea, It'll gel up and get clumpy. Texture: a little grit, but easy to drink. If you have texture issues, might be a problem but doesn't bother me at all. Flavor: to me, it tastes like mushroom water. Its curious, but doesn't bother me, I like mushrooms anyway. I'm sure it'll bother others as they say it tastes gross. Function: I'm using this to replace wheat dextrin and it's working well. Seems more effective for me, I was using 8 tsp of wheat dextrin a day and it still wasn't enough due to a med I use. Currently at 2 tsp of psyllium and have reduced dextrin to 5tsp. Been using psyllium for 4 days now, starting at half teaspoon and increasing by half teaspoon each day. Bottom line, it works, but be aware of the flavor and texture before you buy. Read more

It's ok. Does the job. Not as easy to use as I thought.

I thought this would be an easy replacement for my daily Metamucil, and it is technically. However, it tastes stronger and is really hard to dissolve. it does eventually, but I find that the Metamucil fine powder is better. Read more
