Use it every morning (and some afternoons) as energy boosters
Not a lot I can say about how essential this is in my daily regimen (it IS) but compared to my youth when it took a doctor’s visit to get this injected into my arm it is painless and effective. I take mine with breakfast almost every morning and it offers a safe way to boost energy without complications to one’s cardiovascular system. Read more
Excellent Brand. Never disappointed.
Why did you pick this product vs others?: You will never go wrong buying a NOW product. I don't know if it is a family owned business, but that might have something to do with it. I talk to nutritionists in health food stores, and they tell me NOW doesn't use fillers like other vitamin companies. Read more

The NOW Supplements, Vitamin B-100 is a decent value for the price compared to other major brands. The supplements come in a gel format that makes it easy to swallow, and does not upset my stomach or have any other side effects. That's about all I can say, as who can really tell if a supplement actually contains what it says, or is doing anything? Read more

I’m thinking this is the best brand
My vitamin D was tanked. I got D3 in other brands and nothing changed. I tried “Now” amd it went up. After that all of my vitamins are the “Now” brand. I’ve been on these for a while and B12 has came back great. I have not tested for the other B vitamins, bir it makes no sense to only take B12 Read more
