I would give this thing 5 stars, but the heating element in it went out on it within 3 weeks of having this. They are sending me a new one, so after a while if there are no deficiencies in the new one, I’ll update it with 5 stars. As for the product itself at full working capacity, this thing is a miracle. My wife suffers from horrible migraines. Doesn’t matter what we do, we just have to wait for it to pass. I read reviews on how to help with that, and everything pointed me towards this. I bought it for her for Christmas, but a week before Christmas she had one of her migraines, so I gave her this to open early. When I say nothing helps, I mean it. Medicine. I give her face massages which takes the edge off but doesn’t make it go away. Hot compressions. Cold packs. You name it. She put this thing on for the first time and sat through the automatic mode. 15 minutes later, she sat up in complete shock. Her migraine was gone. Completely gone. Every migraine she’s had over the last few weeks, she put this on and it eliminated the migraine. Last night, the heating element went out on it. So I am replacing it. The product itself is 10 stars. I will definitely come back and give 5 stars if the new one lasts more than a couple of weeks. Not blaming Nowwish. It happens. Outside of that one little hiccup, it’s been the best present I’ve ever gotten my wife. If you suffer from migraines, this is the product for you. Even if you don’t, this thing is great. I added this to my list (so my husband knows what I want for my birthday, Christmas) and I was pleasantly surprised how much I like this. I have not used the sleep mode, doubt I ever will. The heat and massaging is wonderful. I like the option of listening to music through it, but not sure I'd use it as much. A nice treat for my eyes. Read more

This feels so good. I love using the sleep mode. I fall asleep as soon as it's over. It lasts for 15 minutes. The music is a great feature - you can use your phone to play what you want or use the presets that are programmed for the different modes. GREAT find! Read more

Massage works well. Sounds are difficult for my 60 year old ears to hear. Headband can slip a litte bit, but I wore it only once, so far, in bed with my spouse during whoopi. I will reccommend this if you have $70 for it. You can see through it a little bit but it is like fish eyes and I could only see using one eye at a time because of how the massager needs to work around the eyes. I ain’t the best reviewer out there because I don’t have the time nor resources to test all that are available… As suggested by the reviewing portion of this app. The heat level seems appropriate and soothing. The product seems ok but not for the price. We couldn’t really feel any “massage”. The heating option is probably the best option it offers. Also I ordered it on December 11th for a Christmas gift and it didn’t arrive until December 29th. It sat in a warehouse for 8 days before they finally shipped it. Very disappointed overall. Read more
