I rely on my headset 100% of my workday as a remote worker. This one barely made it half a day. It started cutting out, disconnecting, and then stopped working entirely, and right in the middle of meetings or live inbound calls. Replugging, switching ports, restarting… nothing fixed it. I LOVE this headset; even more than the ones my job gave me! I use them for my work from home job approximately 8-12 hours a day. I purchased these because my old ones broke and would shake loose from my head a lot. The new ones however are both a secure and comfortable fit! Additionally the sound comes in clear both ways. I can hear people loud and clear and they can hear me. Also, the people I speak with tell me they can’t hear anything in my background; I know because I had a YouTube video playing as I was on a conference call with my manager at work and she couldn’t hear anything (I know because I asked her).
