Stop wearing pointy shoes if you have wide feet! Your feet will ache, the bones don’t want to be smooshed together in a pointy toe box. The soles aren’t fancy leather, only the uppers are leather, they’re perfectly serviceable shoes, although the rubber/rubber like sole probably aren’t replaceable like properly made goodyear welt shoes are made. Unrelated to the tire company, the good year welt method of making shoes allows the leather uppers of quality shoes to be completely removed from worn soles and refitted by the skilled craftsman known as Shoemakers. If you ever want shoes that fit Perfectly and feel amazing then you go to a shoemaker who measures each of your feet and makes a solid replica of your feet- or scans them with a 3D scanner and makes a computer model of them. Then they carve or 3D print them and use new materials of your choice to make new shoes of whatever style you like, pointy or not, cowboy boots, anything you like. They know how they’re supposed to fit because they have copies of your feet. When the soles wear out they can put new soles or heels on them, even replacing the lining if necessary or you simply want a different lining. If you can’t afford custom shoes at the very least make sure as an adult that you are wearing the Right size and width of shoe.
