Has been very beneficial for my 13yo senior dog. We have an Australian Shepard that is a year old. She often lifted her rear left leg when walking or running. Didn't seem in pain but would not always use that leg. Took her to the vet and he could not find any issue during an exam. Xrays were $500 and I opted not to do them since she didn't seem to be in pain. We decided to just watch her a little longer. I started her on Cosequin at about 6 months old. Now six months later she doesn't lift her leg and her movement seems perfect.
