Overall: I just unpacked, assembled and used this juicer. And my first impression of it's first use is that this is a solid product. Of course this is only my first use and I plan on updating this review in a few months. A little history: I drink beetroot juice almost every day, so I am an every day juicer. I also have a slow masticating juicer that I bought before this one that, and at the time of this review, is $10 less. Lastly I juice beets, apples, limes and ginger root. I juice enough beets to get 2 cups worth along with 3 limes and an apple. In the NutriBullet I used a bit of ginger root. I never did ginger root in the masticating juicer because I was scared the ginger root would break it. My opinion: After first use, I am REALLY positively impressed by this juicer. The slow masticating juicer I also own works, BUT I have to cut up the beets in small strips and feed my masticating juicer one small strip at a time. If I try to cut the beet pieces into the size of the feeder tube on my masticating juicer (that is smaller than the feeding tube on the NutriBullet) it clogs up my masticating juicer and makes the front spout pop off. So I have to slowly feed my masticating juicer and clear the front spout and strainer periodically while juicing. The same goes with the limes. I found that it handles the apples decently. Again, I never tried juicing ginger root in my masticating juicer because I figured that would be a disaster. So it takes a bunch of prep work and a lot of patience using my masticating juicer. But the NutriBullet was quite an improvement for me. My prep work is pretty non-existent. Depending on how big the beet is, I cut the beet into halves or quarters (that will fit the feeding tube that is larger than my masticating juicer) and the NutriBullet juices it very well. The same goes for my limes, apples and ginger root. I just throw in the ginger root since it comes in small sizes. The pulp was dry. Even drier than the pulp my masticating juicer produced. Which results in more juice versus my masticating juicer. Also since it juices so well, the screen mesh is drier and does not have moist pulp sticking to it like my masticating juicer does which makes cleanup easier. So far there are two things that can be considered as negative. Neither is a big deal to me and the second is just me nagging. First, when I juiced the limes, the juicer jumped a little bit due to the rind on the lime that basically pops out the top of the mesh bucket inside the contained unit. (To be clear, it does not pop out of the juicer.) The second thing, that is just me nagging, is that the parts are bigger than my masticating juicer. But for me, this is explainable. Simply put, it is a better, more quality juicer than my slow masticating juicer. So it requires more quality parts. And again the cleanup is easy. I rinse it off with my water sprayer attached to my kitchen sink and that's it. I'll probably wash it in soap and water at least once a week for any buildup that may occur. Again, this is my opinion after a one day, first time use and after using another slow masticating juicer for the past 4 months. I'm interested to see if this juicer can hold up for a while. I'm realistic though. I don't expect for this juicer to last forever, but a good year or two would be nice. Read more

So I've been using this for a few weeks consistently so now I can give a constructive review. Pros: easy to use, somewhat easy to clean. Cons: it stains easily as shown in the area I marked red. I washed with soap and used the brush but it starts to get hazey. The spout is difficult to clean as also shown. I tried to run the hottest water possible through it but I just couldn't get it all. The design is ok minus the huge safety latch for the lid. I feel like it's just a matter of time before I break it somehow. Lastly, I find myself having to strain a lot. I'm not sure if that much sediment is supposed to be in the juice but when it starts clogging a handheld strainer, it's pretty bad. For some reason it stopped juicing kale. Not sure why, not sure if it's brand specific, but all it did was shred the a whole bag of kale for literally a tablespoon of juice. It might be the brand because it still juiced cucumber and celery fine. For my first juicer I'm very disappointed because I sung praises to the nutribullet for smoothies which I still stand by. This on the other hand can use some improvements. Comments above were a few weeks ago so as of 8/24/2021, I have taken away yet another star to say this product is trash. After a while of using it I noticed it went from being a juicer to a smoothie machine. It just turned all my produce into puree. Unacceptable! This is going into the trash. Im thoroughly disappointed and upset because I don't like wasting my money. FYI, that yellow substance is supposed to be pineapple juice. As you can see it made pineapple smoothie instead smh Read more

I was spending so much money buying juices everyday that I decided to invest in buying a juicer for myself. This was the best decision I could have made. I was spending eight and nine dollars a day at the store buying juices when I use that same eight or nine dollars to buy fruits and vegetables to last me almost all week long. It's important that you use the right settings when juicing for the different types of fruits and vegetables as you can blow out your motor. It comes with a pitcher and two glass containers to hold your juice in to store in the refrigerator. I feel like the part of the juicer that holds the juice until you let it out maybe a little small and it may possibly overflow so I generally juice with the lid open so that it goes right into the pitcher the outside. Depending on your settings it could get messy because of the air pressure of the motor May splash the juice around as it comes out. Using beets to juice can become very messy. I have to hold the picture as close to the nozzle as possible because it will Splash around and stain things. The cleanup is fairly easy the pulp that is not being used inside of the juice is an easy swipe of the hand into the garbage. The juicer comes with a brush almost like a brush for a grill that you barbecue on which allows you to clean the Chrome metal blade that juices very easily. I think it's nicely sized as it's not too big and it's not too small. It's also not a noisy machine at all. And should remember that some fruits and vegetables may be easier Juiced if you peel them first so that you don't destroy your motor. Read more
