I am very happy with this product. I have used many other collagen and I like this one by far better than the others. I am a 42 yr old that look like a 25 yr old. I just don't want to look young but also feel that age. I was having a problem of waking up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom constantly and this thing also took care of if. It doesn't upset my stomach or anything, and that if great. The taste is not the best, but that let me know the content inside is strong, I am not looking for a collagen that taste good because I may think is not strong enough. ( And they may put things inside to take the flavor out)I mean it's a pill, I just take it fast and try not to taste it. ( For me for all the benefits that I get from this, then that one is not a big deal at all) Benefits I have noticed. 1 younger skin 2 back to fuller lips 3 better hair ( shiny, grow faster) 4 stopped going to the bathroom at night ( not sure why, but I am very happy) 5 my nails are harder, healthier 6 Price is better than all the previous one I used in the past with better results. 7 I think it helped with back pain, but I am not sure it was this product. ( I think so) 8 it relax me. It make me very relaxed and I feel I can sleep better. 9 not only my face buy I can see many parts of my body tighter. I purchased the collagen complex, since I’m I’m my 40s and want to improve my skins appearance. I also look forward to the benefits for my hair, and even pain relief too. I have very soft nails with ridges so having long nails is a thing of the past. Since I've been using this collagen my nails grow nicely.
